I think he meant voice-acting type of laughing...not a funny moment..since I would probably pick something else still relating to Dist...but something else still....

^Two great choices it is hard to say if Dist's or Ganondorf's laugh is better. I was considering them both actually. I knew someone was gonna pick the Dolza smiley.

Yeah, even though I hate Kefka, his laugh is pretty good.
It sounds like a clown, which is just how he looks. There's not many laughs in the SNES era (at least in the games I've played).
Diggy I do not usually Smiley abuse. And if we want to be serious about it and only have characters who actually make a laughing-esque noise in the game, I vote Malak.
But which Ganondorf are you guys referring to? Personally, the first thought in my head when I saw this was WW's Ganon laughing right before the battle.

Nobody in that game ever laughs when I make a joke. They always go "was that supposed to be humorous?"

Not all English voice actors are bad. Auron is good in FF and the kid who does Lloyd's voice is kinda good at acting.

Oh if you mean tv shows I can't really say because I never watch tv. Movies have good actors though but that is their profession so they better be good. 
Well I always thought that Bleach had some good VOs. The voices do fit the characters pretty well I think.
Well, they are pretty good, until you watch it in Japanese. Ganju just sounds retarded in English. But a lot of shows are like that. The English will have pretty good VOs, but then the Japanese will be amazing.
Bowser laugh on SMRPG and Super Mario 64 was pretty cool.

I know what you mean. But Ganju seems like he is supposed to just be a rediculous character and I suppose rediculous in Japanese ends up translating badly to english. I actually do watch Japanese episodes with english subs and I found most of the VOs were pretty good or at least fairly decent.
