To be quite honest, I don't even remember who I was back those years ago.

I'm guessing that the thought that's going through all of your heads is "Why are you back?!"

I can't really answer that. Simply to say, I just abandoned you all. If I look back I can't even give a decent answer. It's sad to me really... I pulled a 'reaver' so to speak only I would say mine is much worse.

I remember when I stopped coming to FEA the first time around. My internet had upgraded to DSL and I was pulled into the pull of Online Gaming and I can pretty much say I dedicated about 2400 hours to things like World of Warcraft. The last member I stayed in contact with was... is... most likely Aitze.

So for roughly the last 2 years, I've been pretty much non existent here. I am... quite glad that I passed the adminship over to Aleatz. She did her best here. =D I can at least say there was one thing I did right here.

I guess as I got older, I matured up a bit. I had a lot of foolish dreams for this site... most of them couldn't be reached without the aid of well... money. When I started this site at 15-16 (I don't remember which O_O) I was saving money to make a down payment on a new car. I guess I was afraid a bit of coming back here... was always afraid of confrontation... I abandoned this place.

How did I get back? I jokingly decided to log into a very old email account I had. And I was greeted by dozens upon dozens of emails stating that X member has joined FEA. Curiously, I clicked the link and found myself at the index page.

Now what to do with this site? I can't really say I know. I haven't been a member for the past 2 years roughly. But I would like to say thanks. Thanks for being here. I only wish I could have experienced it with you.

Honestly though, we did just have a slight burst in activity, but the past months, FEA was lucky to get more than a single post per week. And a lot of members also up and dissapeared.

I suppose that's my fault. =/


But as they say... If there's a will, there's a way. If enough people were interested we could try something new.

No, it isn't! Most of it was probably my fault for now spurring enough new discussion and not deleting that blasted 'How are you feeling' topic.

Yeah. It's kind of funny how much everything's changed in just a few years, huh. Like looking back, I was an insane moron. Now, just insane. XD

We could just to a general discussions board. I was thinking of launching a forum for Sins of a Solar Empire, but the best option for the FEA community would probably be just general life and what-not.

General Life and what not is cool. It would, of course, have a video game section because we're all nerds here.

Not sure how many would be interested though. =( I would like to have a place to just hang out and talk.

I'd bet that Caenis, Crepe Knight, Aleatz, and some of the other posters would be good with it. And long-gone members might return if contacted. I'd like a place to just discuss life as well.
