And yeah, the edit button is the best friend of a perfectionist. ...but not only so others don't see what they don't want to, also for you to show them what you want to show them. Not only thinking about others, but about saying what you want, with the least distortions possible. That is what matters the most to me.

Heh, I did see that. You posted that 5 minutes ago, yet you've edited it 3 times that I could see. ...call me a stalker, but I just wanted to see you in action, it is all.


You know, though, you speak pretty well. The first version could have been your final one already. Besides, you don't need to impress people any further, for you already managed it. People don't get such nice welcome topics if they didn't leave an impression already, you know. You should try being a little more comfortable and confident in your posting, maybe. The more perfection is important, we are among friends, man.

In person I'm a lot more laid back and free but I make ALOT of mistakes in my speech because I stutter and I pause because I try to think of words that sound right for the conversation. But on the internet, my true paradise, I can actually CHANGE WHAT I SAY!!! Its amazing! So I certainly wont waste any opportunities to correct myself....unless I'm feeling lazy and no ones paying attention to what I say then I just leave it alone xD

I knew you would notice my edits but my first edit where I said my dads back makes me sound like a child thats not supposed to be on the computer or something. So that one was a must xD

XD Heheh. I'm almost 20 and I would write that my father was calling me, man. XD This sorts of overly sincere insertions do match my writing style, at least.


And I do stutter as well in real life. And talk too fast, because my head already thought of the things I am to be saying on my next sentence. Specially regarding talking in english, where I mix up words such as "Wander" and "Wonder", as well as using "ings" where I shouldn't, and many and many more mistakes an unproficient person would normaly be doing. Some of my closest friends also follow the same speech pattern, and people wonder if when we talk we do it in portuguese or we use our own secret language. XD


And indeed, that is one of the reasons I love internet as well. The ability of saying what you want, and the words being recorded, which gives them a lot more weight. A land of words, and their implications and aftermaths. Writing in the internet is an art still unrecognized, like many many more, such as spriting, for example.

I ALWAYS think too fast except when I doit I pause and then I forget what I was talking about before I started think about what I was going to say next and then I pause and theres a very akward silence, Its pretty much the reason I didnt have friends outside of my best friends xD

Hehe, been there, done that. XD Sometimes, it is pretty hard to live in a world with a different brain rythm... I took like a decade to finally adjust my thought speed for a regular conversation, and I still need to keep on working on that, or else I will be receiving a lot more of "uhhh... Could you repeat that?"-style replies. ...which is quite impressive that, like, 70% they ask of me what I just said, I don't recall it, for I usually have the next sentences I was to use in my brain at the time. Let's say I put the past in the past.

...oh, well, it's nice when you see others with similar brainspeeds, thought, it always brings you to very interesting and fast-paced conversations and debates.

Well when I make conversational errors they linger for a long long time. Even single posts that I've made in forums just makes me grind my teeth >.<

But the good possts make up for the dreadful errors and in time I'll be a great artist of the unrecognized art

Ok so I was offline for like 3 months (again? yes). I got a job, bought a new comp, a lot of games, and got back online during those 3 months (got back online around June 5th). ok so yesterday was July 4th....I was doing nothing all night and I got a little bored then I remembered this place and decided to check and see if its still breathing. It would seem as though there is still people around which is great! I'll bookmark FEA right now and check in when I'm bored which seems to be increasingly often >_>

We're going at the same pace we've been going at for months, which isn't great... but it's not bad either. Good to see you back though. What's the new computer like?
